About the Community
Bristol Glen is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a full continuum of care. Our Nursing team works collaboratively to support residents' health, comfort, and overall well-being in a long-term care setting.
What you'll do
- Monitor resident status throughout the shift and share updates with the care team
- Administer medications and treatments while maintaining accurate documentation
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges to support smooth resident transitions
- Provide nursing care that follows individualized care plans and established procedures
- Participate in assessments and help develop and update resident care plans
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members regarding care needs and updates
- Respond to resident concerns and support comfort, safety, and well-being
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support quality care
What you'll need
Required:
- Active New Jersey RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
- Previous nursing experience
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab setting
Pay and benefits
- $40.33 to $50.33 per hour, based on experience
- Shift differentials: +$2.00 per hour evenings, +$2.00 per hour overnights, +$1.50 per hour weekends
