Join our Assisted Living team at Bristol Glen in Newton. This position offers competitive pay of $40.33-$50.33 per hour, based on experience. Opportunities are available for a full-time day shift schedule as well as flexible per diem roles, with the ability to pick up day, evening, and overnight shifts based on availability.

Bristol Glen is a community serving residents in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and a full continuum of care. Our Assisted Living team plays an essential role in helping residents stay healthy, safe, and as independent as possible every day.
What you’ll do
- Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes in condition throughout the day
- Deliver clinical care in alignment with individualized service plans
- Support smooth resident transitions, including move-ins, transfers, and departures
- Maintain timely and accurate records for care provided, medications, and observations
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to develop and revise resident care strategies
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and caregiving staff to promote quality care and overall well-being
What you'll need:
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred:
- BSN

Schedule
- Full-Time Days shift (6:45am - 3:15pm), with weekend and holiday rotation shared amongst team members
- Per diem position, covering shifts as needed for day, evening, or overnight
