Who you'll care for
Bristol Glen is a nonprofit retirement community on 74 wooded acres in Sussex County. On our long-term care unit, you'll care for residents. Many of them live here for years, so you get to know them, their families, and their stories. What you'll do

• Assess and track each resident's health during your shift
• Give medications and treatments, and document them on time
• Handle admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Provide hands-on care based on each resident's care plan
• Help build and update care plans with the care team
• Keep families and physicians informed about changes

What you'll need

Required:

• Active New Jersey RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab

• $40.33 to $50.33/hour base pay, based on experience
• Shift differentials: +$2.00/hour evenings, +$2.00/hour overnights, +$1.50/hour weekends
