Designing electrical control panels for fan and pump systems - which include variable frequency drives, active harmonic filters, DVDT filters.
Familiarity with UL 508A requirements for control panels manufacture
Performing power analysis at customer sites for power quality
Mainstream uses EPLAN software. Familiarity with this software is a plus
Design and develop electrical systems and schematics using EPLAN and other design tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications Perform power flow analysis and evaluate VFD applications to optimize system performance and reliability Communicate technical findings and design recommendations clearly to project teams and clients
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working in an industrial or utility environment where hands-on problem solving is a regular part of the role
