About Our Client
Our client is an established General Contractor with a strong pipeline of industrial construction projects throughout the North Jersey market. They are looking to grow their project team and provide long-term advancement opportunities.
Job Description
Assist with industrial construction projects from start to finish
Support project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents
Track project documentation and maintain accurate records
Attend project meetings and communicate progress to the team
Assist with project closeout and punch list completion

The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Project Manager should have:
- 2+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
- Experience working for a General Contractor preferred
- Exposure to industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing projects
- Understanding of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with both office and field teams
- Proficiency with construction management software preferred
