The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

• achelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field preferred. [
• Minimum 5 years of fragrance, flavour, beauty, personal care, or related industry sales experience.
• Ability to identify and differentiate fragrance types through developed olfactory skills.
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated success in customer-focused sales and business development.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilility
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
