Ultimate Therapy is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Southgate. This position offers the opportunity to help residents build independence, improve functional abilities, and achieve meaningful progress through personalized therapy services.

What You'll Do

• Carry out individualized treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Assist residents in strengthening skills needed for everyday activities

• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising OT

• Maintain timely treatment records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
