Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator sits within the Northern Hemisphere marketing function and supports the delivery of marketing activity across North America.

The role reports into the global marketing team and works closely with regional stakeholders to plan, coordinate and deliver campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement and brand awareness.

 

This is a practical, execution-focused marketing role. The successful candidate will help turn business priorities into clear, well-managed marketing activity across email, web, content, events, social media and campaign reporting.

 

They will work with the Northern Hemisphere Marketing Manager and wider global marketing team to ensure activity is well planned, consistent, commercially aligned and delivered to a high standard.

Responsibilities
  • 3–5 years' practical marketing experience, ideally in B2B, professional services or a sales-aligned environment.

  • Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns across email, web, content, events or digital channels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders.

  • Good understanding of campaign planning, stakeholder engagement and marketing delivery.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and shape clear campaign messages.

  • Able to prioritize work, manage competing requests and escalate where needed.

  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, CMS or e-commerce platforms is desirable. Marketo and/or Magento experience would be advantageous.

  • Confident using reporting and analytical tools to assess campaign performance.

  • Positive, practical and delivery-focused approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field preferred, but practical experience is most important.
