Job Description
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects concurrently with values ranging from $1M to $15M.
- Assume full ownership of projects following handoff from preconstruction/estimating teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project execution plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and change management processes.
- Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all project participants.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage documentation, reporting, and project controls.
- Support field teams and collaborate closely with company leadership throughout project execution.

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of Construction Management experience.
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects up to $15M.
- Background in ground-up commercial construction and renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project financials.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of the Portsmouth, NH area.
