Job Description

• Lead all activities within an assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets
• Manage staffing, resource allocation, production priorities, and capacity planning to meet customer demand
• Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and operational excellence programs throughout the value stream
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to improve operational performance
• Maintain accountability for key business metrics including safety, quality, productivity, inventory, delivery, cost, and employee engagement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lean Manager should have:

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams
• Proven success driving continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred
