Part-Time Receptionist

Position: Part-Time Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Schedule;

• Day shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekday coverage shifts as needed
• Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities;

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, vendors, and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct calls through a multi-line phone system
• Maintain resident directories and related records
• Assist with locating staff through the facility paging system
• Provide information and directions to visitors and guests
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Manage Resident Trust Account transactions and daily deposits
• Maintain cash boxes for gift shop sales, meal tickets, and other transactions
• Order and replenish office supplies as needed
• Operate office equipment safely and report any malfunctions
• Provide administrative support to the leadership team and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications;

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
