St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Life Enrichment to create and lead programs that help residents stay active, connected, and engaged. If you enjoy planning activities, bringing people together, and making everyday moments special, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead activities that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Create programs that reflect residents’ interests, abilities, and preferences.

• Coordinate special events, outings, and celebrations.

• Work with staff, families, and volunteers to create meaningful experiences.

• Manage activity schedules, budgets, supplies, and volunteers.

• Use resident feedback to improve programs and encourage participation.

• Ensure programs meet applicable state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Completion of, or current enrollment in, a state-approved training course; or two years of experience in a social, occupational therapy, or recreational program within the past five years, including one year of full-time experience in a patient activities program in a healthcare setting.

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping residents enjoy meaningful daily experiences.
