Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring a Physical Therapist at Bedford Hills Center. You'll work with residents in a skilled nursing setting to improve how they move, with treatment shaped by their abilities, recovery needs, and personal goals.

What You'll Do

• Assess mobility and identify barriers to safe movement

• Develop therapy plans focused on strength, balance, walking, and transfers

• Provide treatment and modify activities as residents progress

• Share recommendations with nursing, families, and the rehab team

• Maintain clear evaluations and treatment documentation

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license
