Job Description
- Lead all field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
- Drive projects from sitework through turnover and closeout
- Travel extensively throughout the Western U.S. as project needs dictate

The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage projects independently
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple trades and complex project schedules
- Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western United States
- Background in financial institutions, commercial, municipal, or other large-scale construction projects preferred
