Burnt Fork Ranch is seeking a mission-minded Chef to lead all food service operations for our Christian retreat ranch in Montana. This person will plan and prepare all nourishing, high-quality meals that support hospitality, fellowship and the ministry experience of guests, staff and retreat groups.

The Chef will oversee and be responsible for planning, leading and maintaining all food-service operations for retreat groups, guests and staff. Meals must be safe, welcoming, timely and cost-conscious and consistent with the ranch's Christian hospitality mission.

Burnt Fork Ranch prides itself in the highest level of hospitality to all guests. The food we offer is an integral part of this. We would like a Chef candidate to have proven operational experience. Formal culinary education is not a must although preferred. The ideal candidate combines strong culinary and organizational skills with a servant-hearted approach. Flexibility and commitment to creating a welcoming dining experience for groups of varying sizes and dietary needs is a must. Must have chef experience and work well on a team.
