Job Description
As an Assistant Project Manager in Syracuse, NY, you will:
- Support Project Managers throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Assist with subcontractor and vendor coordination.
- Help manage procurement and project documentation.
- Track project costs and change orders.
- Review submittals and maintain logs.
- Participate in quality control and field reviews.
- Attend project meetings and support closeout activities.
- Maintain project schedules and communication flows

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to work within structured processes.
- Desire to grow into a Project Management role.
