Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
- Maintain communication between clients, field teams, architects, and consultants.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while proactively managing risk.
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee project progress.
- Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain documentation and reporting.
- Drive project schedules and ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support planning and project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
- 6-8+ years of Project Manager experience
- Experience working multiple high value projects ($20M+)
- Hospitality or Multifamily project experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
