About Our Client
Our client is an owner's representative in St. Louis area. They work on small commercial, municipal, and office space projects up to $40M in value. This is an excellent opportunity to step out of the General Contracting world and switch the owner's side.
Job Description
- Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Support in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project life cycle.
- Contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5+ years of construction experience
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
