Job Description
- Inputting, reviewing and updating job budgets
- Create, maintain and process subcontracts
- Process subcontract AIA billings, change orders and payments
- Manage invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects.
- Prepare monthly owner AIAs for customers
- Process job account payables
- Collect and track compliance documents
- Close out project accounts and reports upon project completion
- Report job cost to project manager and controller
- Maintain relationship with subcontractors on job
- Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required
