Our client is a commercial general contractor that is projecting to double their annual revenue in 2026. They have a large data center project coming up in Kansas City that will keep their people local to the area for the next 5-10 years. Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Lead field operations
- Drive project execution
- Manage project teams
- Maintain client relationships
- Control project budget & forecasting
- Coordinate Scheduling & logistics
- Enforce safety and quality standards
- Lead risk & contract management
- Support field engineering & technical processes

The Successful Applicant
- Construction related degree
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience
- Proven experience working in the data center or mission critical environment
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, specifications, and schedules
- Can work autonomously
