About Us
Burlington Station is a unique North Shore shopping destination offering gifts, sweets, specialty items, a coffee bar, and regular experiences and events. We are looking for a hands-on Retail Floor Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
We are a faith-centered business. Our leadership team begins meetings in prayer, and we intentionally view our work through what God is doing in and through our company. We believe strong values create strong businesses, and we strive to operate with integrity, gratitude, responsibility, and care for people. Applicants do not need to lead spiritually, but should be comfortable working in an environment where faith is openly part of our culture and decision-making.
