Minnesota Family Council is a Christian advocacy organization rooted in a Biblical worldview, dedicated to strengthening and defending the family in Minnesota’s public square. We work at the intersection of public policy, election engagement, church mobilization, and public interest law — a unique and integrated model that gives the church a powerful, unified voice on the issues that matter most.
Our four core issue areas are marriage and family, parental rights and education, religious liberty, and the defense of life — and we pursue them with conviction, joy, and a genuine commitment to building unlikely partnerships for the common good.
This is a place where faith and work are not separate categories. If you’re a seasoned communications professional who is also a committed Christian looking to put your skills in service of a mission that matters, we want to hear from you.
Minnesota Family Council offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with your years of proven experience and the scope of this role. Benefits include health coverage and a collaborative, mission-driven work environment where your skills will have direct impact.
This is a full-time position based in the Twin Cities, with frequent presence required at our St. Paul offices. Occasional out-of-state travel may be required.
