YOUR DAY

As our Dispatcher - Customer Support Rep, you're a key component of our office and client satisfaction. Providing friendly customer service, you speak with clients over the phone, answer questions, address concerns, and schedule appointments for plumbing and HVAC services. Throughout each day, you dispatch technicians to their next jobs, track their progress, and make adjustments if any problems or delays come up. Your goal is to maximize efficiency and productivity, communicating with technicians to ensure we properly meet our customers' needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to thrive in an environment that offers freedom and allows room for independent decision-making and problem-solving
• Comfort with chaos and an ability to easily adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Desire to continuously improve, learn more, and participate in training
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the home services industry
• Dispatch experience
• Experience communicating with customers over the phone
