Title: Grounds Keeper and Caretaking

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour

Hours per week: full time, 40 hours per week

Property locations and hours:

The Oaks on Pleasant - 20 hours per week

Eastfield - 10 hours per week

Greenbriar - 10 hours per week

About the Position

We are seeking a dependable individual who takes pride in keeping our properties clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents. This position includes outdoor groundskeeping, building cleaning, and preparing apartments for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain property grounds by picking up trash, pulling weeds, trimming branches, watering flowers, and clearing debris.

· Keep patios, sidewalks, garages, car wash areas, and building entrances clean.

· Manage outdoor trash, dumpsters, and recycling.

· Clean common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and shared restrooms.

· Complete apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and floors.

· Report maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

· Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

· Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple properties.

· Comfortable with physical work indoors and outdoors.

· Previous groundskeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Must be able to clear a thorough background check.
