Position Summary The Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, clean, efficient, reliable operation and maintenance of parish buildings, grounds, and related systems. The position performs and coordinates routine and preventive maintenance, facility inspections, custodial services, seasonal grounds care, event setup, and manages outside service providers. The Facilities Manager maintains appropriate records, identifies and addresses maintenance priorities, and works closely with the Director of Operations to support parish activities and provide a safe, welcoming environment for parishioners, staff, and visitors.
