Saint Raphael Catholic School is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Preschool After-Care Aide to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. The Preschool After-Care Aide will help provide a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for our youngest students during the afternoon after the preschool school day ends. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants a flexible, part-time position in a Catholic school community. Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 2:30–4:00 PM, with flexibility based on availability Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for preschool students in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Build positive, caring relationships with students and help them feel comfortable and secure.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including play, crafts, stories, outdoor time, and other activities.
• Assist students with snacks, bathroom needs, clean-up, and transitions.
• Encourage positive behavior, kindness, sharing, and respectful interactions.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom and play space.
• Communicate appropriately with families and school staff as needed.
• Model and reinforce Catholic Christian values through words, actions, and interactions with students.
• Follow all school safety and supervision procedures and promptly report any safety or facility concerns.
