Job Summary:

The Direct Support associate provides a range of services from personal care to behavioral modification in an Adult Foster Home care setting to assist adults with varying levels of developmental, cognitive and medical disabilities. The Direct Support staff assist clients with the goals stated in their customized Plan of care through providing mentoring/skills training, supervision, and companionship.

To be eligible for an interview, you must have a valid MN Driver's license and be able to pass a driving record and criminal background check. In addition, we are seeking DSP candidates with at least 9 months prior job-related experience.
