Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join the group!
The department consists of four physicians and one advanced practice provider
Practice options: outpatient only or outpatient with the option to follow your inpatients (hospitalists manage after 5pm and weekends)
Only call is shared nursing home call with FM and IM

118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU
Level III trauma center
ER volumes- 27,000 annually
Compensation Package
Compensation floor of $375,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
