• Supervise students during lunch‑recess period  maintain a safe, orderly environment

   
• Monitor playground equipment for safe use and report concerns to administration

   
• Enforce school playground rules and guidelines consistently and respectfully

   
• Intervene promptly in conflicts, unsafe behavior, or injuries, following school protocols

   
• Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere aligned with the values of a Catholic school.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and administrators regarding student needs or incidents

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school, camp, or childcare setting (preferred).
• Ability to maintain student safety, manage groups, and respond calmly to unexpected situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
• Reliability and punctuality, especially during scheduled recess periods.

Work Schedule

• Part‑time, typically covering midday recess/lunch periods on school days
• Additional hours may be available for special events or coverage needs.
•  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and supervise outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to respond quickly to student needs across the playground area.
