About Us
At Diamond Concrete Sawing, we put our people first. We're a Midwest leader in concrete cutting, known for doing tough work the right way, with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality.

The Job
Full-time, year-round, consistent work on commercial and industrial job sites. No experience? No problem. We'll train you to operate concrete cutting and core drilling equipment and help you build a real skilled trade.

The Pay

• $20/hr while you train, with the opportunity to move up based on what you learn. Then continue to grow.

• With overtime and prevailing wage jobs, first-year operators have earned $60,000 to $70,000 a year.

What You'll Do

• Operate concrete saws and core drilling equipment (we'll teach you)
• Perform wall sawing, slab sawing, and drilling
• Maintain and care for your equipment
• Travel to job sites and work as part of a crew
• Keep safety and quality first on every job

The Real Deal
This is hands-on, physical work:

• Early mornings and long days when the job calls for it
• Heavy lifting (50 to 100 lbs)
• Outdoors in all weather: dust, slurry, noise, active construction sites
• Overtime and steady year-round work

What You Bring

• A strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• A safety-first mindset
• A valid driver's license (required)

Please Note: Drug Testing
We operate DOT-regulated commercial trucks, which makes this a safety-sensitive role. All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test that includes THC. Because of federal DOT rules, this applies even though recreational marijuana is legal in Michigan.

What You Get

• Clear pay path with overtime (see above)
• Prevailing wage opportunities (when available)
• Profit sharing & 401(k) with company match
• HSA + medical, dental, vision
• Paid holidays & vacation
• Paid certifications (OSHA-10, CPR, First Aid)
• Modern equipment and a crew that has your back
