Clark Retirement is hiring a Housekeeper for our Franklin environmental services team. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clinical areas, and will be cross trained in multiple areas to fill in for the open shifts when other team members are away.

This opportunity is full-time and starts at $17 per hour. The work location is 1551 Franklin St SE, Grand Rapids, MI. This housekeeper will primarily be responsible for cleaning in our Skilled Nursing Health Center. This is a full time position: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm.

In This Role You Will:

• Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, orderly and presentable condition

• Keep work area clean and orderly and ready for next shift 

• Notify care staff of any concerns regarding residents 

• Clean resident living spaces with care 

• Sanitization of common areas 

• Available to perform other duties within department as needed

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Time management skills

• Comfortable working in a memory care setting 

• Housekeeping/cleaning experience required
