Job Description

• Manage luxury residential construction projects with values up to $15M from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day construction activities.
• Work with project stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, and delivery needs.
• Track project progress and address issues that affect cost, schedule, or quality.
• Coordinate contractors and project partners to maintain timely project delivery.
• Review project documentation and maintain accurate records throughout construction.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Luxury Residential Up To $15M should have:

• Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, budgets, scope, and documentation.
• Experience working on residential construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and keep priorities clear.
• Ability to communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly.
• Experience coordinating contractors and other project partners.
