Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications
- Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery
- Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, reporting, and workflows
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Support business growth by successfully managing a growing portfolio of work
- Travel to project sites primarily throughout the MetroWest area, with occasional projects on Cape Cod

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Manager should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proficiency with Procore is required
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite and commute to Southborough, MA
- Experience with dental office projects is preferred
- Additional commercial construction experience will be considered
