Job Description

• Develop and refine marketing content using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other content-generation platforms.
• Create product descriptions, articles, case studies, application stories, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Transform technical and engineering information into engaging, customer-facing marketing materials.
• Support website content updates, SEO initiatives, and digital marketing efforts.
• Develop visual assets using AI-assisted design tools, graphic platforms, and digital media applications.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create product-focused marketing collateral and sales support materials.
• Assist with trade show communications, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies that can improve marketing efficiency and content quality.
• Build reusable prompts, templates, and workflows that improve productivity and consistency across marketing activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Early in their marketing, communications, digital media, or business career, with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and technology.
• Excellent writing skills, with strong communication, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Comfortable using AI tools and eager to learn emerging technologies and best practices.
• Creative, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business value for customers.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working across sales, engineering, and leadership teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and digital analytics.
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial products, engineering environments, or technical B2B marketing is a plus, but not required.
