Job Description
The Superintendent / Project Manager - Life Sciences will:
- Manage 2-5 active projects simultaneously throughout Greater Boston.
- Oversee scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material management.
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with field superintendents.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Lead communication between project stakeholders and operations leadership.
- Support construction efforts focused on process piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
- Partner with operations leadership to drive successful project execution.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent / Project Manager - Life Sciences should have:
- 5+ years of construction experience.
- Superintendent or Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Experience supporting laboratory, life science, biotech, pharmaceutical, or similar technical projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, especially mechanical, piping, and plumbing scopes.
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the Greater Boston area.
- Commutable to North Central Massachusetts.
