Job Description
The Assistant Construction project Manager is responsible for:
- Assisting the Lead PM on projects from start through completion
- Understanding and implementing construction principles, techniques and procedures
- Attending weekly project meetings as needed
- Tracking deliveries of materials & verifying all submittals conform to plans & specifications
- Collecting subcontractor change requests for review by the PM
- Completing quantity take-offs as required
- Punchlists & Project Closeout

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate will have:
- 2+ years of Assistant Project Manager experience with a Commercial GC
- (Ideally) has multifamily ground-up experience or occupied rehabs / adaptive reuse
- Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of building construction means, methods, procedures
