Job Description

• Oversee daily commercial construction activities to keep work aligned with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site crews, and deliveries to maintain steady progress on site.
• Review site conditions and construction work to identify issues early and keep tasks moving forward.
• Track project milestones and communicate updates on work completed, upcoming needs, and schedule changes.
• Maintain a safe job site by reinforcing site safety practices and addressing hazards promptly.
• Read and apply construction drawings, specifications, and project documents during site execution.
• Work with construction teams to resolve field questions and support timely decisions.
• Document site activity, inspections, and project progress for clear project records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:

• Experience overseeing commercial construction activities on active job sites.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, crews, materials, and project schedules.
• Ability to read and apply construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Knowledge of job site safety practices and hazard identification.
• Experience tracking construction progress and documenting site activity.
• Ability to address field issues and communicate clearly with construction teams.
