Subrogation Claims Co-opPlymouth Rock Assurance

The Subrogation Co-Op is a support role within the Subrogation Unit. The Co-Op works closely with the Subrogation Supervisors to aid in maximizing the recoveries from at fault parties for losses paid on behalf of the policy holders.  As the Subrogation Co- Op you will aid the Subrogation Representative in their day-to-day operations to assist with effectively manage their desk.

Responsibilities: 

• Process payments on invoices to the attorney’s offices
• Process recovery checks for file closure
• Process payments on arbitration fees
• Send out demands for the Claims Unit through E-SubroHub database
• Assign Adverse demands in E-SubroHub database
• Gather and submit claim files to legal counsel for the Subrogation team
• Work on special projects as needed

Certifications and Qualifications: 

• Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Outlook
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred 
• All Majors 
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program  
• Insurance Experience is a plus

The pay rate for this co-op position is $20/h.
