Job Summary
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing vehicle damage appraisals
- Indexing incoming text messages through our SMS platform and routing them to the appropriate representative
- Inputting information from different reports into the claims system.
- Sending request for additional information to insureds and claimants.
Qualifications and Education:
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and enter data with strict attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Self-discipline and ability to set and carry out goals each day
