Job Description
- Serve as the Lead Superintendent overseeing all onsite construction activities.
- Manage site logistics, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Lead field teams and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Work closely with the Project Executive and project team throughout the lifecycle of the build.
- Maintain clear communication with ownership, inspectors, and trade partners.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up projects.
- Broad project exposure preferred; candidates should not be siloed in one sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Excel and Bluebeam.
- Must be based in or commutable to Hamilton, MA.
