Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee daily field operations while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Drive project milestones and proactively resolve challenges to keep work progressing efficiently.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a productive working environment.
- Utilize Bluebeam and Excel to track project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
- Mentor field personnel and foster strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience serving as the lead superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
- Background overseeing projects through all phases of construction.
- Experience across multiple project sectors preferred, including commercial, corporate, retail, academic, or mixed-use projects.
- Ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $1M to $30M+.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
