Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is hiring LPNs for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. Join our nursing team and help provide safe, compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Pay Range
$35.00-$40.00 per hour

Compensation varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Includes shift differentials, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition.

• Complete assessments and maintain accurate electronic records.

• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
