Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Post Rehabilitation Services is looking for a PTA to join the rehab department at Ayer Valley. You'll support residents as they regain strength and practice moving safely, with treatment tailored to their goals in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Deliver treatment under the supervising Physical Therapist's plan of care

• Guide residents through mobility exercises, walking, and transfer practice

• Reinforce safe use of prescribed assistive devices

• Monitor residents' comfort and tolerance, sharing changes with the PT

• Document each session and collaborate with nursing and fellow clinicians

Qualifications
