Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Leading and managing cleanroom construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinating with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives
- Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to resolve project issues and mitigate risks
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- Commutable to office in Attleboro, MA
- Willingness to travel to jobsites Nationwide (1-2 times/month) and work nights/weekends as needed
- 3-5+ years as a PM with a GC
- Large ground up project experience (ideally $20M+)
- Open to any project types (lifescience, lab, healthcare, MEP) clean room experience is a plus
- Strong procore & construction management skills - can teach the cleanrooms piece
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Bachelors degree (ideally Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil, or Electrical Engineering)
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Software: Procore, MS Suite, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Sage/Timberline, Revit

- Base salary $120-$165K (flexible), up to $180K for Senior PM
- Annual Bonus
