Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Renovations will:
- Support the successful delivery of commercial interior and renovation projects.
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, project documentation, and client communications.
- Work alongside senior project leaders to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Manage project reporting, tracking, and day-to-day execution activities.
- Collaborate with field teams to drive project success from preconstruction through closeout.

The Successful Applicant
A successfull Project Manager - Commercial Renovations should have:
- 4 to 7 years of construction project experience.
- Experience with commercial interiors, renovations, banking, retail, restaurant, or healthcare projects.
- Ability to manage project responsibilities with limited supervision.
- Strong client-facing and coordination skills.
