Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities for a ground-up educational facility project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage site safety, quality control, and project scheduling throughout construction.
- Facilitate daily communication with project stakeholders, owners, architects, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and oversee site logistics.
- Review construction documents and drawings utilizing Bluebeam and Excel.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and company standards.
- Drive project completion with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience serving as the lead field superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
- Experience managing commercial, retail, academic, corporate, or institutional construction projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, site coordination, and field operations.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to successfully manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Local presence within a reasonable commute to Acton, MA.
- Preference for candidates with diverse project experience rather than a background concentrated in a single market sector.
