Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Autumn Lake at Oak Manor. Help skilled nursing residents turn daily challenges into opportunities for progress, providing occupational therapy treatment that supports self-care and meaningful participation in their routines.

What You'll Do

• Carry out interventions within the supervising Occupational Therapist's established plan of care.

• Guide residents through personal care activities, adjusting assistance and cueing to their functional needs.

• Incorporate prescribed exercises and therapeutic tasks to address upper-extremity function, coordination, and activity tolerance.

• Help residents practice adaptive equipment techniques and strategies for conserving energy.

• Share observations about progress, safety concerns, and treatment responses with the supervising OT.

• Maintain accurate treatment notes and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation colleagues to reinforce skills throughout daily care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapy Assistant license and COTA certification.

• Skilled nursing experience is helpful; new graduates are welcome to apply.
