HVAC Service Technician

Mash Mechanical is actively hiring a full-time HVAC Service Technician for our Scarborough, ME location. We are looking for a skilled technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, communicates effectively, and consistently gets the job done right.

What You'll Do

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within HVAC and refrigeration systems, including performing repairs and maintenance
• Conduct preventative maintenance, system checks, and safety inspections
• Work across commercial and residential equipment, including:
  • Heat pumps
  • Furnaces
  • Boilers
  • Air conditioning units
  • Refrigeration systems
• Provide professional and clear communication to customers regarding system performance, repair needs, and recommended solutions
• Maintain accurate service records and follow established company processes

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Demonstrated strength in system diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, AC systems, and refrigeration equipment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and uphold company standards
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $50, based on experience
