Job Description
This Automation and Controls Engineer will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product realization projects
- Designing and developing manufacturing equipment and automation systems
- Programming and integrating PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and electromechanical controls
- Troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and production processes
- Creating standardized operating procedures and production documentation
- Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Automation and Controls Engineer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and robotics
- Proficiency with CAD software
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T specifications
- Knowledge of sensor and measurement technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
