About Our Client

Our client is an extremely reputable General Contractor with over 100 years experience in the light industrial industry. They have successfully completed several Data Center projects in the Northeast and are excited to expand further into the Southern part of the US.

Job Description

• Coordinate day-to-day construction project activities to keep work moving as planned.
• Track project tasks, timelines, and key deliverables across active work.
• Work with construction teams to clarify priorities and address project needs.
• Maintain clear project records and updates for relevant stakeholders.
• Review project progress and flag schedule changes or delivery concerns.
• Help align construction activities with project plans and agreed requirements.
• Communicate project updates to keep stakeholders informed of current status.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience coordinating construction projects and related work activities.
• Ability to track schedules, tasks, and project deliverables.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and status updates.
• Ability to communicate clearly with construction teams and stakeholders.
• Skill in identifying project issues and helping address changing priorities.
• Experience working with construction plans and project requirements.
